MOFAC presents two exhibitions based on the Smithsonian traveling exhibition, Journey Stories. These exhibitions highlight Highlands County residents who moved here from other countries. Journey Stories: Owen Jolly, features a selection of his paintings in oil, watercolor, and pastel. Jolly, a native from Jamaica, is inspired by everyday people, places, and things.

Journey Stories are tales of how we and our ancestors came to America. Highlands County residents have come here from Cuba, Jamaica, Greece, Burma, India and many other places. Through text panels and photos several Highlands County residents share their Journey Stories.
